Our policy

14-day money-back guarantee: if Pagewright isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, and you get back the full amount you paid.

How to ask for a refund

Within 14 days of your purchase, send a request through the contact form (topic “Buying, payment or refund”) with your order reference or the email address you bought with. You don’t need to give a reason.

We refund you through Stripe to the card or account you paid with, for the full amount you paid. If you paid in your own currency, you get back exactly that amount in that currency. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

• Your download links stop working and the order is marked as refunded.
• Your licence key can no longer be activated. An activated copy works offline, so a refund cannot switch it off: we ask you to choose Help → Deactivate and uninstall it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
