Terms of sale
Last updated
These terms apply to every purchase of Pagewright PDF Editor on this website. In force from 23 October 2026. Changes are posted here with a new date.
Seller
Pagewright PDF Editor is sold by Business legal name — to be provided by the owner, Postal address — to be provided by the owner, the seller and merchant of record. Payments are processed for us by Stripe, which does not sell the software.
What you buy
A licence to use the version of Pagewright PDF Editor that is current when you buy, for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), under the software licence terms. It is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription and nothing renews. Check the system requirements before you buy; there is no Mac or Linux version.
Price, payment and tax
The price is US$19.99. Payment is taken on Stripe's hosted checkout page; this website never sees your card details. Tax: No sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. Currency: The price is in US dollars. Checkout can show it in your own currency instead, converted by Stripe at a rate that includes a conversion fee of about 2–4%; if you choose to pay in US dollars, your bank's own exchange rate and fees may apply. The checkout page shows the total before you pay.
Delivery
Straight after payment is confirmed you receive a private download page with the Windows installer and your licence key, and an email with both. The key activates Pagewright on one PC at a time (see the licence terms). Links expire after 7 days; you can request a new link at any time with the email address you used at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you at least that: ask within that time and you get a full refund (see the refund policy). We don’t ask you to give up this right at checkout.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Updates and support
Updates: Free lifetime updates: every future version of Pagewright PDF Editor, including major versions, at no extra cost — no upgrade fees and no subscription. "Lifetime" means for as long as Pagewright is developed and offered; if development ever ends, your licence key never expires and your installed version keeps working. New versions are downloaded from your account and activated with the same licence key. Support: Email support at the address on the contact page, with best-effort responses, usually within a few business days; there is no phone support. Your installed version keeps working whether or not you install updates.
Liability
We promise that Pagewright PDF Editor matches its description on this website and the licence terms. If it doesn't, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full; where the law requires it, we repair or replace instead. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and if you are a consumer, nothing here removes the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
