Merge, split and organize PDF pages
Put pages in the right order, combine files into one, split a long document apart, and number every page — without uploading anything.
Reorder, rotate and tidy up pages
Drag thumbnails in the Pages sidebar to reorder them, or select pages and press Ctrl+↑ / Ctrl+↓. Shift- and Ctrl-click select several pages at once. From the Organize tab you can:
- rotate, duplicate and delete pages;
- insert blank pages, or pages from another PDF;
- extract selected pages to a new file;
- crop page margins (the content is kept and can be restored) and resize the page canvas;
- change page labels — the page numbers PDF readers show, such as i, ii, iii.
Bookmarks, links, form fields and comments follow the pages they belong to. If you delete a page that a bookmark or link points to, Pagewright tells you.
Merge and split
Merge combines PDFs in the order you choose, with an optional page range for each file, and can add a bookmark per file. Split cuts a document by page ranges, every N pages, or at its top-level bookmarks. Both create new files: your originals are never changed. Encrypted files can't be merged.
Page numbers, headers, footers, watermarks and Bates numbers
Add real text to every page — page numbers such as "Page 3 of 12", headers and footers, a watermark like "DRAFT", or Bates numbers for legal documents. You see a preview on the page before you save, and you can save your settings as presets. Dates can follow your region's format and calendar.
To number a whole set of files continuously, see batch processing.

More features
Edit PDF text
Fix a typo, update a date or rewrite a paragraph in an existing PDF. Pagewright changes the words in the file itself and keeps the original layout wherever it can.
Annotate PDFs
Review documents the way you would on paper — highlight, circle, point and comment — and keep every remark in one list.
Forms and signatures
Fill in forms, sign them with your own handwriting or typed signature, and check the digital signatures on documents you receive.
OCR and conversion
Turn scans into searchable documents, convert between images, text and PDF, and make files smaller — all on your own computer.
Batch processing
Do the same job to a whole folder of PDFs in one go, with a report of what happened — and your original files left untouched.
